Terms & Conditions for Confirmation, Cancellation & Refunds

Confirmation: All registrations received will be confirmed by email or mail.

Cancellations: If you must cancel for any reason, notification must be received in writing by June 30, 2023.

Refunds:

Cancellations made prior to May 1, 2023, will receive a refund of registration fee minus $25.00.
Cancellations made from May 1, to June 30, 2023 will receive a refund of registration minus $50.

No refunds will be made for lunch registrations. Exchanges will be offered based on availability.

No refunds of any kind will be issued on cancellations after June 30, 2023.
